Hi! There's a lot I want to say, but I'll try to make it short and sweet. Basically, I'm an artist. But by artist, I truly mean artist. I'm skilled in a diverse range of mediums, from watercolor and acrylic to charcoal and markers, from digital art and design to sculpture and crochet, I do a lot. PET PORTRAITS

- Currently, all commission types are digital only, with the exception of pet portraits which can only be shipped/delivered locally within the USA.- For pet portraits, fanart, and other commission types that could involve references, please send them to me along with your commission request. Reference images must be clear and give me as many accurate details as possible for the subject I will be depicting.- More pricing information can be found here.

- For all commission types, you must pay 50% once I accept your request, and pay the remainder after the sketch/rough draft is approved.- I currently only accept payments through Visa gift cards, bank transfer, cash, or personal checks. For the cash, bank transfer, and check payment options, contact me for more information.- All payment and pricing totals will be in USD, please be aware of this and convert your currency accordingly.

- The typical workaround time will be approximately two weeks to one month depending on how many orders I have in the pipeline and the complexity of your order.- If any delays in your order's completion arise, I will contact you immediately and make sure you're aware of such delays.- If you would like your order completed within a certain timeframe, please let me know at the start of your order. Please note that rush orders will incur a rush fee (amount depends on the complexity, size, and desired completion date of the piece).- You may only request a total of three (3) free revisions during the commission process, which can only be done during the sketching and rough coloring stages. Further revision requests will either be declined or be provided at an additional fee.

For the artist:
- I retain all rights to any works produced.- I have the right to refuse any commissions or requests for whatever reason. Your order will not be confirmed until I initiate the commission process and request for the first payment to be made.- I have the right to post work-in-progress images and the completed piece to any public space. If you want your commission to be private, please tell me at the start of the order.For the client:
- You may not reproduce my work for any commercial or monetary reasons without my explicit permission.- You may only use my artwork for personal use.- You may make minor edits and adjustments to my art for personal use only.- You may not use my work for any NFT, AI, or cryptocurrency purposes.- You may not remove my signature or watermark from any piece; if you plan on posting it to your social media platform(s), please credit me as Phoebe Cardenas or through my respective handle on whatever platform you're posting on.- You may choose to remain anonymous from any public posts I make relating to your commission, or you can provide me your tag on each respective platform so I can tag you in related posts.- You will either receive a high-resolution PNG file with my signature or the physical piece of art once your commission is complete. Note that what you will receive depends on the commission you order. For example, pet portraits will only be physical art pieces, while all other commission types will be PNG files.
